RESERVATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
Vatnahalsen Høyfjellshotell AS is responsible for you as a customer when you book your stay or activities through us. The agreement may apply to accommodation, travel, purchase of other products and services or a combination of these. We will provide you with the necessary information prior to the trip, and will contact you if there are significant changes regarding your order. The booking system handles orders up to 9 people. How many days in advance you have to make a reservation depends on the type of activity and the supplier. Your order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation with your booking number. We recommend all our customers to print the confirmation and bring this on the trip. You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.
Vatnahalsen Høyfjellshotell AS will help you if you wish to book for a group of 10 people or more. If so, please contact us by phone or email.
Payment and security
The guest will pay 100% upon booking via www.vatnahalsen.no. The guest must bring the confirmation upon arrival. Vatnahalsen Høyfjellshotell AS is responsible for all transactions that go through the website. Our partner DIBS is responsible for managing the credit card numbers and codes securely according to the requirements defined in the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
Individual bookings (1–9 persons) or (1–4 rooms)
Cancellations must be made no later than 3 weeks (21 days) before arrival date. In case of cancellation later than this and up until 1 week (7 days) before arrival date, reservations will be charged with 50% of the total price. If cancelled later than 1 week prior to arrival, reservations will be charged with 100% of the total price.
Cancellation of individual bookings must be made no later than 1 week (7 days) before arrival date. If cancelled later than this, no refund will be given.
Group bookings (10+ people, 5+ rooms)
Cancellations of group bookings must be made no later than 4 weeks (28 days) before arrival date. In case of cancellations later than this and up until 1 week (7 days) before arrival date, reservations will be charged with 50% of the total price. If cancelled later than 1 week prior to arrival, reservations will be charged with 100% of the total price.
We are responsible for making sure our suppliers get paid for what you have ordered through us. Our suppliers are responsible for each part of their program, including full insurance, permits, equipment and crew, which are in accordance with applicable laws and regulations applicable to the supplier.
We advise all our customers to obtain a good insurance prior to travel, in case of illness, loss or damage of travel items, accidents, liability and the like.
The customer is fully responsible for any damage caused to the product. Vatnahalsen Høyfjellshotell AS or the supplier of the product has the right to terminate the agreement with immediate effect if the customer or someone in his company acts disruptively and / or causes material damage. Suppliers to Vatnahalsen Høyfjellshotell AS might have their own rules and obligations and the customer is responsible for getting to know them.
If you experience errors or deviations from the documents you have received, and the situation can not be corrected on the spot, please contact Vatnahalsen Høyfjellshotell AS as soon as possible. Force Majeure / Reservations
Vatnahalsen Høyfjellshotell AS is not responsible for unsatisfactory weather conditions, closed facilities or other conditions beyond the control of the company. Should any errors occur, Vatnahalsen Høyfjellshotell AS has the full right to cancel the order.
